I received a request for a tattoo design of a TARDIS in a time vortex and wanted to share the results, hopefully I'll get some photos of the finished ink in the future.

Transformers Amalgam

I rarely draw Transformers, but hey, we need to draw outside the comfort zone sometimes.

DVD Viewing: Angel Season 5

The evil law firm season. The law firm setting is so powerful and becomes its own character within the season. Every member of Angel's team tries to drive good from evil. Spike is introduced to give Angel hell and works so much better than Conner who peeks in just the right amount of time during the season. I don't want to give too much away, but this season rewards you for watching the 4 before it. Nearly every storyline gets touched on as well as every character. Lorne even gets a nice focus during an episode. Joss Whedon goal of reminding his fans why they love each character is highly achieved through the season and this is why Season 5 was Angel at its very best.

DVD Viewing: Angel Season 4

Angel is immersed in dealing with his son Conner all through the season. Conner's struggle to find his place didn't hold my interest. It felt very forced and threw the show into an uneven balance. Wesley's struggles to fully rejoin Angel's team was very well done and helped mold him into a tougher character. Cordelia turning dark is simply uncomfortable, but she will shine again later down the road. Overall, it held my interest and I kept hearing good things for the next season so I watched on through.
