Featured VJ Loop: Magic Color Star Burst in Space Travel Effect

I really want to promote this little loop burst as an addition to your library of motion graphics.  I've recently marked it down to just $5 so you can drop this little graphic weapon onto your hard drive w/ ease.  If your in doubt you can always go to the product page and download a low resolution comp.  I usually do the same for my clients when mixing stock footage with my own loops.  It really gives you a clear idea as to how graphics are going to mix with one another.

Thanks for checking this out and I'm looking forward to sharing some more animation soon!

Ruby Project: Lines for Coloring

Ruby is a very loving dog who volunteers at the Children's Hospital. A friend decided it was time Ruby got her own line drawing for the kids (young and old) to color.  I got to work and wanted to share my finished illustration with anyone who wanted a fun page to print out and color.  I've never designed/illustrated for a coloring book, but this was a lot of fun.

The following link is to a PDF that you can print out on your own printer for your own coloring project!

Enjoy,

Lion Spartan Warrior

Some more contest work, this time a Spartan Warrior with the head of a Lion.  This was a fun process.  This was a good spot where I felt I got all the elements aligned.  Probably could have taken this into some more refinement...I see some anatomy issues, but it feels like a complete thought.

Here is a process Sketch.

Black Party Expo: T-shirt Design Contest

Here is my entry for the Black Party Expo T-shirt contest, he made his way into the finals, but didn't quite make it into the final bout.  I was really happy with the detail and flow of the design.  Thanks to those who encouraged me to enter.

Muscle Pencil Art: Dragons, Tigers and Bears

Simple concept of taking a muscular male figure and adding Japanese inspired creatures.  This was the first and wanted to go for the dragon since we are in 2012.

I thought I was doing the same as above, but somehow He-Man Masters of the Universe seemed to be the final influence.

Lots of mass and relaxed Panda.
